High reliability, high-performance automation units and maximum availability are the core arguments for iQOS – the process management system from Alpiq Prozessautomation AG. iQOS is straightforward and intuitive to operate, providing the user with an optimal overview at all times and enabling them to react rapidly in every situation.
Jura Cement is also convinced by iQOS and Alpiq Prozessautomation AG, and is using iQOS at its location in Wildegg to control the filling of the chambers of the new cement and mixing silo. The management system offers considerable flexibility in the dosing and mixing process, integrating the entire recipe and order management process and thereby optimising control. Loading is also controlled via iQOS, via two integrated, independent loading points on to railway carriages or lorries.
The new silo in Wildegg enables Jura Cement to increase its storage capacity, while also offering greater flexibility – again thanks to Alpiq Prozessautomation AG.
